An ImageBear retreat is an opportunity for men to step away from the noise of everyday life and spend intentional time with Jesus.
An ImageBear retreat is not a conference or a seminar. There is no packed schedule of sessions or speakers. Instead, it creates space — space for silence, reflection, prayer, and honest fellowship with other men.
Each man receives a reflection guide with Scripture and thoughtful prompts designed to help him pray, reflect, and listen for what the Holy Spirit may be speaking into his life.
Evenings are spent together around the fire in simple worship, conversation, and fellowship.
The goal is not to force discussion or provide all the answers. The goal is to create space where men can slow down, be honest with Jesus, and grow in their relationship with Him.
Men arrive in the evening and share dinner together. After dinner, the group gathers around the fire for introductions, an explanation of the retreat rhythm, prayer, and relaxed fellowship. The first night is simply about arriving and slowing down.
Breakfast is shared in silence. The day is spent in silence and solitude with Jesus. Each man uses his reflection guide — Scripture passages and prompts for prayer and reflection. Lunch and dinner are also in silence. The evening gathering includes worship, relaxed conversation, and prayer around the fire.
The rhythm of silence continues. Meals are shared quietly. The day is spent in extended personal reflection — reading Scripture, praying, journaling, walking, sitting quietly with Jesus. Another evening around the fire for worship, conversation, and fellowship.
Breakfast in silence. Then the group gathers one last time — reflecting on the retreat, praying together, and encouraging one another as men return home changed.
